For mid-cycle cancellations, we provide prorated refunds based on unused service time. Verification credits used during the billing period will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd handles all refund processing on behalf of ZymaCore (Pty) Ltd.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team at support@cloudmobile.africa within 30 days of the decision.
