Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZymaCore's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

ZymaCore provides digital identity verification and compliance services for regulated industries. Our platform offers identity verification, document authentication, fraud detection, and compliance reporting services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd on behalf of ZymaCore (Pty) Ltd:

• All payments are processed securely through CloudMobile's payment gateway
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods include credit cards, PayFast, and Paystack
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days as detailed in our Refund Policy

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Promptly reporting any security breaches or unauthorized access

5. Data Protection and Privacy

ZymaCore is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd processes payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd provides the technical infrastructure supporting our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZymaCore's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to both ZymaCore (Pty) Ltd and CloudMobile (Pty) Ltd.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. ZymaCore may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and data will be retained according to our data retention policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
